I would like to know if I can use moodle.org for research and load my content there for access
Hello there. Not this site, Moodle.org, no, because it is the site where people discuss and download Moodle to use for their own purposes. But if you do research and you have access to a Moodle site or you set up your own Moodle site, then when your research is done you are welcome to upload your Moodle course with the research in to Moodle.net for others to access and benefit from.
