Hi,
I am having the same issue. I have set up a template course with PayPal as enrolment method but when I set up other courses using that template, PayPal is not the default enrolment method.
Quite exasperating as I have have 100s of courses to create and all of them must have PayPal as enrolment method. I already tried enrolment_1=paypal in the CSV upload method but that didn't work either...
Any suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated as this is currently a roadblock to further progress...
