I've installed the latest versions of Moodle (2.3.6+ then tried again with 2.4) on Lamp and used settings per recommendation in
docs.moodle.org/24/en/Security_recommendations
I noticed a couple of issues.
- if Theme designer mode is off I don't have any CSS or JavaScript
- if theme designer is on I cannot access most Site Administration UI elements due to broken JavaScript However access via URL works.
Any ideas on how to fix these issues?
