We've discovered a bunch of courses where someone set and enabled an end date for the self-enrolment method, thinking that it was something that they should do to identify the end of the course. As it turns out, the students all need access for a day or two extra.
I know a couple of way around this:
1) we can manually edit all of the students, to disable or extend their end dates.
2) we could create another self enrolment instance, and have the students re-enrol themselves. I've tested, and that works.
But what I REALLY would like to do is extend all of the dates in one shot. I originally thought I could just change it in the self-enrolment method instance, but it doesn't work that way. Changing it there doesn't change the existing students. Is there a way i can accomplish this? I KNOW this is going to happen again.
