Yeah. The original use case was that Workshop could be used as a module where students submit their work as in the Assignment and teachers (and only them) assess these submissions using various grading strategies (not just by giving a simple grade). But that was back in 2010. Today, we have Advanced grading methods integrated into the new Assignment module so we really do not need this setting.
