Admin can't edit roles - no permission table

Admin can't edit roles - no permission table

Hi,

I'm unable to edit a couple of roles. When I try to edit them, the huge permission table does not show up.

Interestingly, this only affects roles I created in the past (including system roles). If I create a new role and want to edit it afterwards, everything is fine. We are using Moodle 2.4.1+ (Build: 20130125).

Any idea?

Hello, I have the same problem.

We have 3 administrators and only one can change permissions.

This administrator (me) can do this

But the others (Admin inst, florent M., test test) can not

It's very strange because we have "3 differents Moodle" for each of our 3 schools and we have the same problem...

Thanks

Hi Micahel,

when you say the page does not show up, you mean you are getting a blank or incomplete page after clicking on the role you want to edit ? In that case you may want to turn on debugging and see if more messages appear: http://docs.moodle.org/25/en/Debugging.
