I am trying to allow a student within my course to edit a block (a poll) and have tried to create a separate role for this, and assign it via the block to this student.
However, this doesn't work and they still don't have permission to edit the block. They also don't get a "turn editing on" button, so I am wondering what permissions link to this (or does it need to be a course based role for this, instead of a block based role).
