How to Edit a Quiz / Update a Quiz

I made a quiz on my Moodle website. Nobody has taken this quiz except me. How do I add more questions to it? I watched this video but on my Moodle site clicking "save and display" doesn't bring up the display which has tabs at the top

That's an old video - click on your quiz and down the side of your screen you should see a Settings block (left side or right side) and a link "edit quiz" Click there.  Here is the up to date documentation Quiz module

Thanks, I found it. Click on quiz and look for Settings / Quiz administration / Edit quiz
