Dear all, I had a chat session today and want the users who couldn't take part to read the session protocol. The chat was from 11:18 to 12:21. However, when I click on View Past Chat Sessions I see 5 session protocols although it was only one session. What is the reason and what can I do to make 1 out of 5 (I don't want to do it manually by copy & paste)?

Any help is warmly appreciated.

The same thing happened to our students sometimes. The worst thing that some parts of the conversation records get missing, which makes this feature an unusable tool as learning activity. Students claim that chat was continues without interruptions - and it looks like it based on the flow of conversation.

Does anyone experiencing the same problem? Any proposed solutions we can try?
