Moodle 2.3 - no hub selector page

We're trying to resigister a moodle 2.3 moodle site with a moodle 2.2 hub.

when we go to adminstration> registration on the 2.3 server we get the option to register with moodle.org and thats it, no option to register with addtional specific hubs - see attached screenshot. The url in this case is http://mymoodle/admin/registration/register.php

On the hub site which is a moodle 2.2 site when you go to adminstration> registration the url it brings up is http://mymoodle/admin/selecthub.php and it presents a page that lets you register with moodle or a spefic hub. - see screeshot 2 in the post below.

The selecthub.php file doesn't seem to exist anywhere in moodle 2.3.

Has anyone come accross these problems and have any solutions for this?

Our 2.2 site has the "Register with a specific hub" button, which takes you to hubselector.php.  As you say a fresh 2.3 site this button and file has vanished!  Is there a diffrent way to register private hubs now?

Hi,

In Moodle 2.3 onwards, an administrator can register their site with other community hubs in Settings > Site administration > Server > Hubs. (Source: documentation Site registration).
