Hello,
I get the message "No answers defined for question id 28!" trying to view the "simple statistics" report of a quiz. The quiz has only 5 questions, (3 of them of type "multianswer" (cloze), one "calculated" and the last one "multiple choice"), and was answered by 119 students.
Also, the "detailed statistics" page has nearly all the fields empty.
Any ideas or suggestions?

We've got the same problem. We have 35 random questions in a quiz, taken from a category containing 37 questions (short answer, multiple choice, and matching types), and one cloze question from another category.
The id in the "No answers defined for question id xx!" message has changed at least once. We are using Moodle 1.4.3+ (2004083132).
