UGH! 2.2.2 to 2.3.3 - No Admin

Have a Windows IIS server running Moodle 2.2.2.  Did the upgradde to 2.3.3.  All was going ok until you press "continue" headed into the upgradesetting.php page.  Screen is only white.  Thought it may be still updating so I left it for a while.  No joy.  Still white.

I can go to the site and all the courses, assignemnts, and users are there but if I go to the 'notification' page in Admin it's white. So are all the other settings pages except user and courses.

Any help would be great.

An old block "seach" was causing the problem.

Removed it and all is good.
