When I tested this students could not access the questionnaire. Error message: "Sorry, but you do not currently have permissions to do that (View a questionnaire)"
I could fix this by setting the following user permissions for the student role:
View complete individual responses (mod/questionnaire:viewsingleresponse): Allow
All other permissions are the module defaults, i.e. despite the changed permission students can't read all responses.

Which version of Moodle (and Questionnaire) are you using?
Normally a student can access a questionnaire to view and answer it. Are you sure you have not modified the standard permissions of your student role on your moodle site?

Hi Joseph,
thanks for your reply. I installed the module again on another 2.3.2 instance and it works just as it should. I think you're right, maybe I had some other special permissions set on the first instance.
