Hello,
I would like to note the fact that the Moodle webservice functions to create and update a user are limiting the fields available compared to the fields of the mdl_user table.
For example, the address and phone fields are not available. Slight modifications to these functions would enable it.
As I am a lazy programmer, I would not like to end writing a local webservice function just to access these fields
