Teachers viewing student grades on all courses via Overview Report

Hi, I'm using Moodle 2.2.2+ and would like Teachers/Non-editing teachers to be able to see the Course Overview report for their students. Currently, it only shows the grades for the logged in user. Is there any way to enable this?
