Version is Moodle 2.2.5+ (Build 20120927). When the teacher goes to Grader report, all the grades are displayed, but can't be edited. When she clicks on the Turn editing on button, the table that was displaying all the data disappears, so all that remains is the Grader report heading with nothing below it. The problem occurs in both the Windows and Mac OS, and in all browsers that we have tried.

I've seen this too and found it happens when a large number of students are shown with a large number of assessments. Try reducing the number of students (in your preferences at the bottom of the page) to 10 and see how it works. If it does then increase the number.
