The following message is appearing when one student at our school attempts to log in. We use LDAP and it works fine (we have had no other complaints). I tried deleting the user but the same error occurred when they attempted to log in using server username and password.

Does anybody know why this student is unable to login using LDAP? I have temporarily switched their account to manual in the meantime.
