Having this problem on version 2.1 and 2.2 - regardless of the behaviour setting for a URL, it will force open in a new window with Moodle running in https across the entire site. Once https is turned off, the URL embeds. Is this a limitation of Moodle, or is there a setting that can be tweaked to allow embedding of URLs in this configuration?
