While the bigger features in 1.0.7 are brewing, I thought I'd put out an interim release that fixes a few loose ends from 1.0.6 and adds a few new small features:

- New assignment type for offline assignments and manual grades
- Spanish (Mexico) now included, plus other language improvements.
- Support for SMTP authentication
- Improvements to "login as" feature.
