Is it possible to set the "Notify Graders about Submissions" to be set as No by default...
It is currently set as YES

This is driving my instructors nuts as well
I have looked through the Site Administration>Plugins>Assignment plugins. This is not included in the settings that can be changed. It is something that is rarely used at our school and would be a real bonus if we could change the default. Our instructors are especially nervous about it because when we upgraded from 2.2 to 2.3 we chose to go to all the new assignments and not keep the legacy assignments as an option. This setting is coming up as yes on some but not all of the assignments that were upgraded.
