Students in one of our courses is working on a quiz that is set to unlimited attempts. Some of the students have no difficulty. They can start an attempt, continue an attempt, finish an attempt and start a new attempt. However for two of our students they have started an attempt and when they try to come and continue that attempt it comes up with a message that says "no questions found."
This is what the error log shows:

I also attached a screen shot of what the screen looks like. As the admin I logged in as one of the two students to see if it was something in moodle or something with their computer. Since it happened to my computer, I'm pretty sure it is something wrong with moodle.
