On a new installation of Moodle 2.3.1 -
Windows Server 2008 R2 x64, SQL, IIS - App server in one VM, SQL in another - 8GB RAM for both
While trying to restore courses from same version (2.3.1) (8MB, 20MB, 35MB)- getting the following:
