Can any please list out the rights / privileges that a primary admin posses . Also the rights a primary adim holds but not a seconday admin . Please differentiate the access rights for a primary and secondary admin .
example - a primary admin can assign a user as admin (secondary), this secondary admin cannot assign others as admin(secondary).this is not allowed . I want a list of such options .
