Hello, everyone! I'm having a problem with the certificate module (may be a broader problem with the activities, but I thought this might be a good place to start). I create a new course and add a certificate. I am able to edit the certificate and other activities (like Forums) for a bit and then they all of a sudden are uneditable (see the attached screenshot). There are no icons next to them and there is no Activities drop down to add any new activities. Has anyone seen this happen before? Any info would be greatly appreciated!!
I just wanted to clarify that I'm logged in as the site admin. This is version 1.9.11+. Thanks!

What course format are you using? Try changing this to see if the options reappear.
