CLOZE questions are not being scored correctly in one of our tests. For example: For one student, the Raw score is being displayed as 20 but the Grade is still displayed as zero and no credit is given for that item. Another student got the exact same Raw score on the same question, but the Grade was displayed correctly as 20 and 20 points were recorded. It's happening to multiple students. Does anyone know what causes this? Is there a way to fix it without having to manually regrade each item?
