Moodle version 1.9
In the quiz email notification message (when student submit a quiz and teacher getting notification message I am talking about that) can we embed the result/GRADE as a text?
Example:
Right now teacher is getting email like below:

Dear XYZ,
ABC has completed the quiz 'Assignment : Quiz' (http://url) in course 'ABCD'
You can review this attempt at http://url
AND HIS GRADE IS THIS: 65%
[this is what I want]
Something like above.

No, but some of us are bored of answering the same question repeatedly. Try googling "moodle quiz email grade" and look at the second result.

As much as one could ever want to get a concrete and useful answer for each problem faced (and we've all been there), this is not always possible. There are cases where oneself must seek and find the solution; in the best of cases, based on what others might have suggested.
Moodle is a very complete application, but as any other app, it has its limitations. In these cases, one has two options, hire a PHP programmer to analize the code and do the required modifications or create a Tracker to propose one's idea --and hope that what was suggested will be a really useful addition and gets enough votes for the core developers to work on it

For some reason the final grade is not one of the "Potential strings to use in an email".
I can't remember why it is not available. One reason that seems plausible to me now is that there is lots of complex logic, based on the quiz review options and permissions checks, about which users are allowed to see the grades when. If the grade was just put in the email, then someone might see a grade they were not supposed to, and in some contexts that is considered a very bad thing.
