I have had an academic ask me about a few features in Moodle (we are currently on 2.2 but going to 2.3 soon) for the Books.
In the version of 2.3 we have installed I noticed that the common module settings had lost the grouping functions and was now just show/hide. Not sure if that is just our install or the same for all.
The academic wanted the description displayed which I know is a fixed request for 2.3, but he also asked for the book to have the open in pop-up function that a page has.
