As mentioned by Tim, a better option would be to install the third-party questionnaire activity module. Please note, however, that the questionnaire module does not currently fully support the "personality test" feature which seems to be what you want to achieve. This feature is currently available as a proof of concept demo on my moodle demo site. And that is for moodle 2.3 or later.
