We’ve encountered a problem with Moodle when attaching files to a wiki comment. When a user goes to post a comment to the wiki they have the option to attach a file. When they click add the file picker comes up and they can pick or upload a file just fine. The file will then show as selected. But when they save the comment the attachment is lost. If they go back and edit the comment it then says no files attached.
We’re running Moodle 2.2.1+ on IIS 7.5. I also tested this over at demo.moodle.org and got the same result.
Any ideas why the attachments aren't being saved?
