Admin will get email of every quiz submission possible?

I have 60 courses in my moodle. Each courses has Teacher and their students.
Now when student submit the quiz of each course Teacher is getting the mail. No problem. But as an Administrator (without giving admin as a role of Teacher)
I would also like to get every email (a copy) whatever the courses quizzes student submitting meaning
1) Teacher of his respective courses will get email and
2) As an Admin every courses quiz submission I would also want to get.

How it can be possible. Please advice kindly.

Note that I also enable for the role of Admin like below(but I ma not getting any email)sadIf admin is Teacher then he is getting email)
"Get email confirmation when submitting": Allow and
"Get email notification of submission": Not set

Hi Yuki,

Go to site admin > users > permissions > assign system roles,  and make yourself a site wide teacher. Be sure to close the eye so you aren't visible to students.

Thanks it works but one problem:
In the course/index.php page (where all course is showing) there is a info (i) icon at right. If i click that then in Teacher section(where name is showing after summarry of course) the hidden teachers name is also showing. Also real teachers name is showing. It can misguide the student because my student checking thi (i) icon to know who is teacher of that course.
Is there a way to hide hidden teachers name from that list?
