How can I decide which special characters will be available in the "Insert custom character" pop-up?
In Moodle 1.9 I was able to do it by simply editing the lib/editor/htmlarea/popups/dlg_ins_char.php file. Where are these special characters listed for the TinyMCE used in Moodle 2.x?
