Hello
I can't access the create new question in the quiz module. As you can see from the image the page is cropped. Its the same, whichever theme I use,so I can't create a new question. (All the other pages are displaying normally).
I've tried a fresh install of the whole theme folder in case I've messed up, but it doesn't make any difference. Can anyone help me with this?

Also, when I click edit quiz I get a blank page,
Is the database corrupt?
What are my options?

Hello,
You need to activate debugging (set messages level to DEVELOPER) so that an error message is displayed.
Then you need to post the error message on this forum and you will get some help.
To me it seems that you have a question type installed wich is not compatible with your Moodle version. Was your Moodle recently upgraded or installed ? Have you any no core question type installed ?

Turn on Debugging to see what the error message is.
Upgraded to latest version of moodle and this solved the problem.
