I can not add a new user in moodle 2.2.2+

Hi... I just installed moodle 2.2.2+ in my computer(windows xp).

I try to add a new user. But I can't find an "Creat(?)" button.

I can see only a "Update profile" button.

I reinstalled moodle for 3times but it's the same...

Please, help me... I really want to use a great moodle program.

Hi,

You need to be logged in as admin then go to Settings > Site administration > Users > Accounts > Add a new user.  You can try it out on the Moodle demo site.
