I have searched the database for this error and while it seems to popup from time to time, I am yet to see an actual answer. Those who get a response offline, please submit your solution to the database for the rest of us for next time.
I have a clean install, latest build on a server running multiple installations of Moodle. So you can rule out OS/php/database/permission problems etc.
Can anyone supply a succint response as to the issue and fix. Release is 1.4.4 latest.
