Is there any way I can move the image 2 and image 4 to the further right to make more space between the icon images? Also, why does the new activity ribbon appear at the corner? If someone use this plug-in successfully, please tell me how I should manage it.

Which theme are you using now...if it is ZEBRA you can adjust this using CSS, in the customs setting page for this theme, but I would need to see the site to calculate how much space you have and how to position the images.
I never got round to using this format myself, as it was too buggy at the time.
