dear everyone,
we've got moodle 1.9 running on a server (which i don't own) everytime I name a folder in hebrew I get a transcription - each letter is replaced by the equivalent letter in the english alphabet, how do I stop it? I just want to keep the hebrew names, the DB is en utf8 csi and I've installed the hebrew langauge pack
p.s is there a way to do that without accessing moodle and moodledata folders?
