Hi

This is a new Arabic language for the next release. it includes:

  1. Full fresh translation for assignment, choice, forum, journal,  moodle, quiz, resources.
  2. Partial translation for survey and auth
  3. A "still blank" links.php file for a new module I am writing based on 1.0.6.
