How to insert a lesson that contains Hebrew characters, in Moodle 2.2?

How to insert a lesson that contains Hebrew characters, in Moodle 2.2?
Until now, the Hebrew characters I saved them as jpeg, but I would include them as text.

I am not sure exactly what information you need. I have  a professor who teaches Hebrew. We added Sptiberi.ttf, a True Type font on our 2.2 server. It allows you to type in Hebrew as you create lessons or quizzes. The following URL will take you to a keyboard layout: http://www.tertullian.org/support/SPTiberian.htm You can get the font here:

In version 1.9 it was possible in a few steps, but in st. 2.2 does not seem to find the way to do it. Can you help me?
