Individual Edit button missing

Individual Edit button missing

I am in Moodle2.2.1, tried to create a glossary. But, not like the 1.9, I cannot find the edit button beside each individual entry. I can only see an edit button at the top of Glossary page, click on it, opens the latest entry editing page.

To get around this problem, I have to copy/paste the term into Search box, to bring up the term I want to edit, sometime, if two terms on the search result list, I have to try other search words.

I don't know this is bug, or Moodle2 designed to be like this. Anyway, it is not user friendly.

Are there anyone has the same problem? If so, I'd like to report this issue.

Hi William,

It is not clear to me what you are trying to do. Do you want to a) create a new entry in your glossary or b) edit an existing entry?

I am attaching a screenshot from a Moodle 2.2.1 site showing that the Edit an entry icon is available.

If you have actually managed to create a new entry, I see no reason why you should not be able to edit it. Can you please provide more details, including a screenshot?

ATB

Joseph

Dear Joseph,

Thank you very much for your quick reply.

My answer is b), I want to edit an existing entry.
