  1. Settings > Course administration > Users > Permissions > Enrol users enrol/manual:enrol
    Allow Non-editing teacher
  2. Settings > Course administration > Users > Permissions > Manage user enrolments enrol/manual:manage Allow Non-editing teacher
  3. Settings > Course administration > Users > Permissions > Unenrol users from the course enrol/manual:unenrol Allow Non-editing teacher
  4. Settings > Course administration > Users > Permissions > Review course enrolments moodle/course:enrolreview Allow Non-editing teacher
  5. Settings > Course administration > Users > Permissions >Assign roles to users moodle/role:assign  Allow editing teacher
    • Click on Settings > Site administration > Users > Permissions > Define roles.
    • Click the Allow role assignments tab.
    • Click the checkbox where the non-editing teacher row and student column intersect.
    • Click the "Save changes" button.
