I am using the CVS method to update my site from 2.1.4 to 2.2.stable, but once it choose the update option Tortoise CVS and it run. When I log back into my new installation, I can't get past the plugins check page. Can someone help with this issue? Or provide me instructions on how to continue with the upgrade?
