We just upgraded from 1.9.15 to 1.9.16 and authorize.net is giving us this error: "Transaction failed. The merchant Login ID is invalid or the account is inactive."
Anyone else have this problem?

I had the same problem after upgrading to 1.9.16
I was able to resolve the problem by requesting a new web API transaction key from authorize.net, and then re-entering the web API login ID and transaction key into Moodle.

Yes, that worked for me too. I think it might have had something to do with the moodle encryption changes. Here's hoping support is provided soon for Authorize.net on moodle 2 http://tracker.moodle.org/browse/MDL-27477 !
