When a not login user opens Front Page in my Moodle site (2.1.2+), Moodle redirects him to „mysite/login/index.php“ and that is why this not login user will never see Front page. How can I set that a not login user will be able to see the Front Page? Not only after log in.
I have set in Front Page (for not login users) to show Combo list.

I think what you want is in Settings>Site Administration>Security>Site Policies> and then "force users to login" needs to be unchecked.

I had the opposite problem. My boss *wants* the users to be forced to the login screen. Thanks Mary for the pointer to the setting I needed to make that happen.

How can i redirect to some different URL after logging in Moodle???
My moodle 2.9.2+ is automatically skipping the front page. Even when
Home > Site administration > Appearance > Navigation > Default home page for users is set to Site
and
Home > Site administration > Security > Site policies > Force users to log in is set NO (unchecked).
I would like every one to be able to see the front page (not forced to log in).
Has anyone ever experienced this before?
