Is there any way I can list all users who are NOT enrolled in ANY course?

Hello Eniko

When you click on "Enroll users" tab in the enrolled users page then after clicking the enroll users tab list of all unenroll users will be listed out.

Unfortunately I don't think this is what I need. This way I can check who is not enrolled in a particular course, but what I reallywould liketo do is check who is not enrolled in ANY course. Is there anyway to do that?
