Hi!

Can any one please tell me on which part of moodle should i use ssl. i know it is good to use on login and grading page..is it a good idea to use it on assignment module to keep the assignments secure. and please suggest any other module which we need to secure?Because using ssl over the whole site has made our lms quite slow.

SSL is used on a moodle SITE WIDE. You should use it as your entry point in the site, and the URL maintains SSL connections as long as the user is in session. No need to distinguish between one page and another
