Anyone have any ideas on how to add a fill in the blank chart in a quiz? (For example a question on an accounting exam that requires filling in information in a balance sheet or income statement worksheet or table.) Is this even possible?

Hello, If each information can be a shortanswer or a numerical question, then you can use a Cloze (multianswer) question. Of course some knowledge of HTML would be necessary to format the question so that it appears as a worksheet when displayed with each subquestion in a cell of a table.
