After a fresh moodle installation for windows download from
(http://download.moodle.org/download.php/windows/MoodleWindowsInstaller-latest-22.zip)
and mouneyrac-auth_googleoauth2-1cdd46e plugin download from
(https://github.com/mouneyrac/auth_googleoauth2/downloads),
I set it up correctly(I think), but moodle doesn't show user information after google_auth.
The strange thing is that it worked after a few days.
I copy the "mysql/data/ibdata1" to overlap another fresh install, and that did make the plugin work !
I guess there is something wrong with mysql-innodb in this moodle.zip.
