I'm currently using 1.9 and have set up a variety of questionnaires on different course pages. Is it possible for a student to view all their questionnaires using a tab from the profile page without having to go to each individual course? Thanks

Your question is not specific to the Questionnaire module. It is not possible for a student to view the results of any Moodle activity from their profile page.
