Please follow the git repository of the dataform as I do not currently updates the Moodle plugin repository. The most recent version on git is 1.0.4i and I'm hoping to release 1.0.5 soon (I really need to find time for that; I'm currently pretty busy with other components).
I may set up a designated repository for the dataform and its subplugins in which case I will announce its location.
The gradebook integration of the rating functionality is currently disabled in the code but I will enable it in 1.0.5.
I'll try to make 1.0.5 available in a couple of weeks. hth
