Upgrade Killed Admin

I tried to update from 1.9.2+ (Build: 20080806) (2007101521) to 1.9.14 (Build: 20111010) (2007101591.06)... on a Linux server. I see that others have the same problem that I have. After the upgrade when I log on Moodle detects the new software and ask me if I want to update. I click yes. Then it goes to a screen to confirm my plugins only no plugins load. This is where I am stuck. The best solution that I can think of is to reinstall version 1.9.2+ but it seem to no longer be available. Is there any way to get version 1.9.2+?

Please, please, please, someone give me a definitive solution. Did I say please?

Log in should not be necessary. Just visiting the site on a browser is enough.

You mean, below the "Plugins check" output you've posted, nothing else appears. No lists of plugins?
